1. Order Information & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information—including name, phone number, delivery address, and product specifications—is accurate at the time of purchase.
Grovora is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- The customer being unreachable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, redelivery costs may apply.
2. Address Change Policy
For international freight shipments, delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order has entered shipping preparation or transit.
International logistics involve multiple carriers and customs checkpoints, making mid-transit address changes impossible.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Failure to pay import duties may result in returned or destroyed parcels; such cases are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Grovora will arrange:

- A full refund
We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After an order has entered production or international freight processing, it cannot be cancelled because international shipments cannot be stopped or modified once logistics arrangements begin.

9. Limitation of Liability
Grovora is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by:
- Customs inspection
- Force majeure events
- Logistics disruptions outside our control
However, if a delay or issue is determined to be the responsibility of Grovora or our logistics partners, we will assist the customer in obtaining compensation or a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We strive to provide accurate and complete product information.
However, variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to differences in lighting, materials, or production processes.
Such natural variations do not qualify as defects.
