1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly inconsistent with the product description.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Within 30 days of delivery, the item is unused and in original condition, and a return is mutually agreed upon with our customer service team.

Please note:
Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Return Request Procedure

To start a return request:

  • Contact us at support@grovorastore.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description
  • Our team will review the case within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund

Important:
Please do not return any item without receiving confirmation and a return address from us.


3. Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 5–7 business days

Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the order has entered production or international freight processing, cancellation is no longer possible because international shipments cannot be stopped or modified once arranged.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs for Returns To ensure transparency, the responsibility for return shipping costs is as follows:

  • Quality Issues or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Grovora will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer’s Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Return Process & Address

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@grovorastore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the authorized return warehouse address and detailed instructions via email.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8.Refund Method

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
